My philosophy when it comes to real estate, whether selling or buying, is that no client should be surprised. In our ‘non-professional” capacity, surprises can be fun, but I do not adhere to this when managing a Real Estate transaction. There are large sums of money involved, a huge emotional and time investment, and joyous anticipation all round. Normally, if one is surprised following a Real Estate closing, the surprise in “not good”.

This approach is natural for me and good for my clients, and connects well with my ‘Realtor for Life’ philosophy. I am thorough, I am the information source, I am the ‘guide’ and it is my responsibility to ensure that all the information is provided to my client so that they can make the best decision for them.

I believe wholeheartedly in two-way, open communication. The importance of understanding my client, their needs and objectives and how I can best help them is critical to conducting a successful transaction with minimal stress.

My ‘big picture’ objective, is to become the trusted and respected Real Estate consultant, that continuously helps my clients make the best decisions and who is relied upon, on an on-going basis, to provide information and guidance, with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
